PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE
Parent Teacher's Conference is held once a term (Every
Term) on the Saturday after the school closes.
Parents make a 15 minute appointment from 7.30 hrs to
15.00 hrs to meet with the class teacher & to discuss their child's
progress and exam results.
On this day the Parent receives (Collects)
- The Term Progress Report
- All the End of Term exams (duly marked)
- Holiday Homework for the Holiday
- Any other update
On this day. after meeting
the class teachers, parents can also meet with the Head Teacher or
Subject teachers. The Managing Director is also available.
Parents do not have to wait for this special /
specific day to meet the head teacher / teacher / subject teachers or
Managing Director. During the Term an appointment can be made for any
day.
In this term I the PTC will be on Saturday 6th December 2008.
At least ONE parent MUST attend PTC, every term.
